Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to view adult content where you live. Use Afterframe only where you are legally permitted to do so. Give accurate account information and keep your account secure.

Material you submit

You are responsible for all prompts, images, videos, and other material you submit. That includes having the rights needed for its submission and processing.

Responsible use

Do not probe infrastructure without permission, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, or otherwise misuse the service. You must not use the service to create or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

Generated results

Content generated for you may resemble material produced for other users. Uniqueness, freedom from errors, and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.

Subscriptions and charges

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Starting a subscription authorizes the applicable recurring charges. Depending on the plan and billing interval, usage limits, included rights, and feature access may vary; these are described on the pricing page.

Taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing may be handled by a payment provider.

Service availability and changes

The model providers and other dependencies we rely on may change, become unavailable, or experience delays. When reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation, we may update, suspend, or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent the law permits, Afterframe is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that service will be uninterrupted or that generated content will meet every legal, commercial, or creative requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
