Information we may collect

The information we may collect includes:

• Account details, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and plan status.
• Transaction references and usage records.
• Prompts, uploaded images and videos, and generated outputs.
• Device and browser information and service logs.

Your selected payment provider handles payment card details. Afterframe does not store them directly.

How information is used

We use information to provide and improve features, authenticate users, process subscriptions, and enforce limits. We also use it to store requested results, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with legal obligations.

Providers that support the service

Providers supporting authentication, hosting, databases, storage, model processing, payments, security, and operational analytics receive the minimum information needed. They process it under their own terms and our applicable agreements with them.

Keeping information and protecting it

How long we keep information depends on the type of record. We retain it for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Choices and requests

You can sign out, manage or cancel an eligible subscription, and contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.

Age confirmation in your browser

If this site asks you to confirm your age, it stores the confirmation version and an expiry timestamp in your browser's local storage for 30 days. This confirmation does not collect your date of birth or identity documents. It applies only to this site and browser.

Clearing site data removes the confirmation. If browser storage is unavailable, we remember it only until the page is reloaded.
