Rights under applicable law

If applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that right applies regardless of this policy.

Payments and refund requests

Once credits, model processing, downloads, or other paid benefits have been used, payments are generally non-refundable. For a charge caused by a technical or billing error, promptly contact us with your account email, the charge date, and a description of the problem.

Ending a subscription

An eligible subscription can be canceled through your account. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Incomplete or failed generations

A failed or incomplete generation does not automatically result in a cash refund. After confirming a service-side failure, we may restore credits or retry access where supported.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, report it as soon as possible. We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction and protect the account. Contacting us first can help resolve mistakes without delaying account access.
